Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one, in-home physical therapy for patients throughout Bergen County, performing evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering skilled therapy focused on patient goals and independence. Educate patients and families with care and clarity while completing simple, efficient electronic documentation. Work flexible per diem hours ranging from 0 to 4 per week with no minimums or double-booking, allowing you to choose visits that fit your schedule. Licensed Physical Therapists in good standing in New Jersey are required. Weekly pay of $83 per visit applies to eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in New Jersey
- Graduation from an accredited PT program
- Reliable transportation
