Job Summary
Conduct geriatric client assessments and develop, execute, and coordinate care plans in Newton, MA and surrounding areas. Supervise and support Home Health Aide staff while facilitating new hire orientations and leading in-services training for field personnel. Manage communications between clients, field staff, office, and clinicians to ensure exceptional care delivery. Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm hours. Base salary $90,000-$100,000. Registered Nurse with 2+ years experience required; Home Care and supervisory experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- 2 or more years of experience as an RN

- Home Care experience
- Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager
