Required Qualifications
- Active NP license in IN
- DEA license or willingness to obtain
- New Grads considered
- 6 months experience for specialties
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of disease prevention
- Proficient in EHR medical charting system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
