Design and implement instruction for designated adult general education content areas in accordance with state standards and student needs. Create a positive educational climate, deliver rigorous lessons, and utilize diverse teaching methodologies to meet individual student requirements. Monitor student performance, manage behavior, and communicate progress with parents and district personnel. Maintain appropriate certifications and professional development hours while promoting adult programs to sustain participation.
