Job Summary
Coordinate program planning, data reporting, and compliance with DWD&AE grant requirements while managing timelines for program goals. Conduct intake interviews and administer state-approved diagnostic assessments for new and returning adult learners, then analyze results to determine class placement and identify needs. Maintain accurate assessment records and coordinate scheduling to ensure standardized testing procedures. Collaborate with instructors to interpret data for instructional planning and deliver small group or one-on-one academic support. Assist with professional development for instructors regarding assessment-informed instruction. This 100% grant-funded position requires evening hours and potential travel to satellite locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in adult education, assessment administration, or instructional support
- Familiarity with adult learning theory, WIOA Title II requirements, and state/federal adult education regulations
- Strong data analysis and organizational skills
- Proficient in using assessment software (e.g., TABE Online, CASAS eTests) and educational technology tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Travel to satellite locations
- Evening hours
