Job Summary
Adult Day Training (ADT) Program Manager to lead the ADT program, overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, ensuring participant health and safety, coordinating activities and community outings, monitoring documentation and Medicaid waiver compliance, collaborating with participants, families, guardians, case managers, and team members, assisting with staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management, and promoting person-centered planning and a positive, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership and supervisory experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of Medicaid waiver services, human services, healthcare, or related fields preferred
- Ability to meet all required background screening and training requirements
