Job Summary
Assist adult passengers with physical, emotional, or mobility needs; ensure safe boarding, seating, and exiting from the vehicle; monitor passenger well-being throughout the route; communicate professionally with drivers, dispatch, supervisors, and program staff; follow all safety procedures, route instructions, and company policies; provide a calm, respectful, and supportive presence at all times; opportunities for CDL training and internal advancement described. Requires compassionate, patient, and dependable disposition, strong teamwork and communication skills, reliable attendance, and the ability to pass a non-DOT drug test (and CPR certification for routes that require it). The role offers year-round, guaranteed minimum hours (about 20 hours per week, with routes averaging 20–25 hours), and potential for additional hours.
