Job Summary
Program Manager responsible for the ongoing operations of the day center and a quality dementia-specific activities program; ensures licensing standards are implemented and maintained daily, oversees patient supervision and safety, assists in patient outreach and intake, and supervises personnel. Requires a clear active Florida LPN or RN license and 3-5 years of clinical (or psychiatric/crisis intervention) experience with supervisory background. Strong clinical and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, good time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- Clear active Florida LPN license or RN license
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a clinical setting (or psychiatric/crisis intervention background)
- Supervisory experience
