Job Summary
Provide peer-based support to adults experiencing behavioral health crises using lived experience to promote hope, recovery, and self-advocacy. Encourage development of coping skills and crisis stabilization while working collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary crisis team. Maintain documentation to contribute to a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. Requires Idaho Peer Support Specialist Certification and ability to pass enhanced fingerprinting. PRN schedule offers daytime, evening, weekend, day, swing, and overnight shifts with consistent hours and stable scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Idaho Peer Support Specialist Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass all background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW
