Job Summary
Provide case management and support to clients in behavioral health crisis, assisting them with achieving recovery goals and accessing community resources. Offer education and support around life skills, healthy living, and wellness while helping individuals connect to support groups and networks. Maintain life supports such as housing, income, and daily living tasks. Document services and collaborate with the interdisciplinary crisis team. This role is available at Clarvida's Adult Behavioral Health Community Crisis Center in Cadwell, Idaho, with full-time, part-time, or PRN options.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to pass all background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW
