Job Summary
Coordinate essential services and support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism by serving as a trusted advocate. Help individuals access resources, navigate MaineCare and waiver systems, and develop and implement person-centered plans that reflect their goals and dreams. Manage a dynamic mix of community-based work, family engagement, and cross-disciplinary coordination to promote dignity, independence, and well-being.
