Job Summary
Oversee daily program operations and ensure quality of care across a multidisciplinary team including clinicians, care coordinators, and peer specialists. Manage appropriate staffing levels, provide weekly supervision to clinical staff and interns, and coordinate external care with providers such as DMH and ACCS. Involve families in treatment planning and evaluation while maintaining adherence to the CBHC mission. Full-time, 40-hour schedule with a $5,000 sign-on bonus split between 30 days and six months. Requires a master's or doctoral degree, three years post-licensure experience, and one year in a supervisory role.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling OR Ph.D, Ed.D or PsyD
- three years post licensure at the independent level of licensure for the discipline, specific to the clinician's training and expertise
- 1 Year supervisory or managerial experience in a similar setting
- At least 5 years of clinical experience at the master's level
- Experience with adult service systems including DMH and various levels of care
- active professional license in the individual's professional discipline
