Job Summary
Adult Care Coordinator (ACC) provides services to adults with behavioral health diagnoses to develop and implement client-centered service plans within the ASO Managed Care System. Responsibilities include maintaining client benefits, coordinating travel within the designated area, ensuring eligibility and benefits continue, and supporting a team-based work environment. The role requires five days per week (Mon-Fri) between 6am–5pm, travel in the assigned area, and possession of a valid Maine driver's license with appropriate vehicle insurance. Benefits include mileage reimbursement, paid travel time, holidays, and comprehensive insurance coverage. This position is based in Richmond, ME with in-state travel; combines office schedule with field responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MHRT/C or MHRT/CP
- Intermediate level computer experience
- Valid Maine driver's license
- Proof of vehicle insurance $50K/$100K
- 18 years of age or older
