Job Summary
Adult Care Coordinator (ACC) provides services for adults with behavioral health diagnoses, developing client-centered service plans and managing benefits through the ASO Managed Care System. Requires a regular office schedule Monday-Friday (6am–5pm), travel within the designated area, and a valid Maine driver’s license with vehicle insurance. Must have MHRT/C or MHRT/CP, high school diploma or equivalent, and intermediate computer skills; equipment such as a company laptop and cell phone are provided.
