Job Summary
Adult Case Manager coordinating care for adults with behavioral health diagnoses, developing client-centered individualized service plans to ensure services are approved through the ASO Managed Care System, maintaining current benefits information for clients, and traveling within the designated area; schedule is five days per week (Monday–Friday) between 6am and 5pm with required travel. Requires a valid Maine driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and intermediate computer skills. MHRT/C or MHRT/CP certification is required.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of vehicle insurance at $50K/$100K

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MHRT/C or MHRT/CP
- Intermediate level computer experience
