Job Summary
Adult Case Manager delivers services to adults with behavioral health needs, developing client-centered service plans to ensure approved benefits through the ASO Managed Care System. The role includes maintaining current benefit information for clients with cognitive disabilities, coordinating five-day workweeks (Mon-Fri) between 6am-5pm, and traveling within the designated area. Requirements include a valid Maine driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance, age 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, MHRT/C or MHRT/CP certification, and intermediate computer skills.
