Job Summary
Adult Case Manager coordinates services for adults with behavioral health diagnoses, developing client-centered service plans to ensure benefits are maintained through the ASO Managed Care System. Responsibilities include maintaining benefit and financial information for clients with cognitive disabilities, coordinating travel within the designated area, and supporting clients in homes and community settings. Regular office schedule (Mon-Fri, 6am-5pm window) with travel required. Benefits include mileage reimbursement, paid travel time, holidays, and comprehensive insurance offerings. Requires MHRT/C or MHRT/CP certification, vehicle insurance, a valid Maine driver’s license, and at least high school education; intermediate computer skills are expected. The role emphasizes teamwork and ongoing professional development through supervision and trainings.
