Job Summary
Adult Care Coordinator/Case Manager (MHRT/C) provides services to adults with behavioral health needs, developing client-centered service plans for ASO Managed Care, maintaining benefits information, and traveling within the designated area. The role requires five-day work weeks (Mon-Fri, 6am–5pm), travel in the area, mileage reimbursement, and a Maine driver’s license with vehicle insurance. Requires MHRT/C or MHRT/CP and at least a high school diploma; offers benefits including paid holidays, paid travel time, insurance, laptop/cell phone, and supervision/trainings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MHRT/C or MHRT/CP
- Intermediate level computer experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proof of vehicle insurance at $50K/$100K and a valid Maine drivers license
