Adult Cardiac Anesthesiologist Needed for Locum Tenens Inpatient and OR Coveragein Texas

Provide anesthesia coverage for adult cardiac cases under a care team supervision model, including solo on-site procedures in inpatient and operating room settings. Manage a mix of on-site, restricted call, and unrestricted daily call rotations that include weekends, with hours to be determined. Support a large tertiary surgical program featuring obstetric coverage and dedicated cardiovascular call duties across multiple facilities. This assignment begins November 1, 2026, at a Level II trauma center functioning at Level I capacity in the Texas Gulf Coast region. Candidates must hold a Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship and TEE certification, while board certification in anesthesiology is negotiable.
