Adult Behavior Consultant- Harrisburg-Mechanicsburg

Part-time Adult Behavior Consultant provides Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develops function-specific Behavior Support Plans (BSP) with positive strategies. Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, in-person support to individuals and their support teams, training on BSPs, collaboration with team members on BSP development and implementation, and writing service notes and quarterly progress reports. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Services, Education, or related field, and at least 2 years of experience with ID/A clients. Background check must be clean. Location: Harrisburg–Mechanicsburg area, Pennsylvania. Hybrid remote option with 20+ hours per week; wage is $26.00 per billable hour.
