Job Summary
Provide face-to-face intervention with clients to progress toward treatment goals; teach and develop social and interpersonal skills to improve community integration; maintain accurate progress notes and required reports; collaborate with treatment teams and family; engage in required training; consistently schedule and conduct client appointments; perform duties as assigned by supervisor and adapt to a range of stressful situations while supporting individuals with mental illness to achieve meaningful functional gains in home, work, school, and community.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to communicate positively and effectively with others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Proof of insurance
- Must pass criminal background and driver’s license check to SCMHCC satisfaction
