Adult Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Supervisor

Supervise the designated adult/transition APP team to ensure patient management aligns with Indiana's Advanced Practice Provider/Nursing Scope of Practice and IHI physician collaboration. Lead daily operations by managing staff and patient concerns, approving PTO and expense reports, and overseeing staffing schedules for clinic and non-clinic coverage including thrombosis. Conduct patient management duties such as health history reviews, medication assessments, and treatment plan development while maintaining electronic medical record documentation. Evaluate team educational needs, develop individual goals, and monitor performance through annual evaluations and monthly 1:1 meetings. Implement workflow changes to adhere to quality standards and best practices, and serve as the disaster point person for team safety during emergencies.
