Job Summary
Adult Acute Care RN provides high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department standards. Responsibilities include assessing patients on admission and each shift, performing procedures and documentation, administering prescribed medications, responding to patient needs, educating patients and families about conditions and treatment, and advocating for patients. Requires RN license and relevant nursing degree, BLS within 30 days, NIH Stroke Scale within 90 days, and at least 1 year of experience; relocation and sign-on bonus offered. Located at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA (Bluffton, GA area).
Required Qualifications
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- RN license
- RN Diploma or Bachelors Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing
- Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start
- NIH Stroke Scale within 90 days of start
- No travel required
- 1 year of experience in nursing
