Job Summary
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and dialysis services while delegating tasks effectively to support staff and maintain workflow. Manage patient care involving IV therapy, wound care, G-tubes, ports, and occasional stable trach care within the Med Surg 3 team. Work alongside experienced nurses and interdisciplinary providers to advance clinical skills in a patient-focused environment. After completing three-month day and night shift rotations, transition into a permanent schedule. This role offers tuition assistance and professional development opportunities within Novant Health NHRMC in Wilmington, NC.
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- One year of Nursing Experience
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state
Desired Qualifications
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred
- One year relevant experience, preferred
- Structured transition to permanent shift preference
