Job Summary
Diesel Technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair a fleet of trailers. Responsibilities include routine maintenance and inspections on trailers (brakes, lights, tires, and suspension), diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing necessary repairs, conducting DOT inspections, maintaining service records, welding and fabrication as needed, replacing/repairing doors, hinges, flooring, and other components, servicing refrigeration units on temperature-controlled trailers (if applicable), and collaborating with the transportation team to minimize downtime.
