ADS Program Supervisor - Site Based

Plan, create, and supervise activities and goals in Adult Day Services Group Rooms while observing individualized needs. Coordinate methodologies and services through the Team process to enhance skills, then develop and evaluate individual plans and annual progress reports. Supervise group leaders on service plan formulation and implementation, and conduct meetings regarding individual responsibilities. Maintain contact with families, state agencies, and other entities involved in the individual's life. Instruct and supervise staff in carrying out programs as written, while reviewing monthly data sheets and daily attendance records to ensure regulatory and billing compliance. Demonstrate appropriate interactions between co-workers and individuals in accordance with OPWDD regulations and Block Institute policies.
