Ads Growth & Insights Data Analyst

Job Summary
Liaise with data teams to ensure accuracy and streamlined access for stakeholders. Develop and manage dashboards and regular reports to track ad revenue, campaign performance, and customer engagement. Conduct deep dives into campaign results to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities. Deliver custom KPIs, analyses, and actionable recommendations through compelling storytelling while resolving discrepancies with local and global teams. Support country leads, sales teams, and Ad Ops to maintain reporting routines across six major markets. Requires strong SQL skills, data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker, and the ability to distill complex datasets into logical narratives. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
