Ads Creative Strategist - E-commerce Marketing Agency

Job Summary
Develops and manages creative ad campaigns by researching trends on TikTok and Instagram Reels, creating detailed script briefs for content creators, and assembling a project team. Responsible for aligning content with each client’s brand guidelines and customer avatars, performing quality control on delivered content, and providing actionable feedback. Builds and maintains relationships with content creators, coordinates project scope with clients, and ensures high-quality video ad variations. Demonstrates strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and adapting to feedback. Holds contractor status after NDA, adheres to an exclusivity agreement, and commits to a 30-day notice after the first month. Open to remote work and able to work during office hours, with a focus on staying current with social media trends and industry developments.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in coming up with engaging creative content across a range of niches.
- Demonstrable knowledge of social media trends, with particular emphasis on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate with content creators, colleagues, and clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to identify and strategize for various customer avatars’ pain points across niches.
- Strong presentation, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality work on deadlines.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and coordinating with a creative team.
- Experience with remote work is a plus.
- Available and responsive during office hours (Mon-Fri 3-6 PM BCN time).
- Must have a stable internet connection and be able to attend virtual video conferences.
