Job Summary
Build strategic partnerships with advertising agencies to drive business growth, lead new client acquisition, and expand market reach for advertising products. Analyze agency performance data to formulate growth strategies, oversee partner programs and operational processes, and guide the launch and market diffusion of new advertising solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to execute projects based on client and partner feedback. Leverage 7+ years of experience in agency partnerships or account management to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and execute business strategies. This role supports Coupang Ads in helping advertisers achieve sales and market share goals within the rapidly growing e-commerce industry.
Required Qualifications
- 7년 이상의 광고대행사, 광고 플랫폼, 미디어렙 또는 디지털 마케팅 분야 경력
- 광고대행사 파트너십 또는 Account Management 경험
- 광고 성과 분석 및 데이터 기반 인사이트 도출 역량
- 다양한 이해관계자와 효과적으로 커뮤니케이션하며 협업할 수 있는 능력
- 비즈니스 목표 달성을 위한 전략 수립 및 실행 경험
- Excel, PowerPoint 등 업무 도구 활용 능력
