Job Summary
Create and configure new and existing low to moderate complexity customer websites using third-party software. Troubleshoot routine issues for customer accounts and perform initial quality assurance on site builds. Test and audit configured software to ensure proper functioning, then review findings with the Implementation Specialist. Develop root cause analysis skills to provide direct daily support to assigned customers and participate in customer meetings as needed. Establish and manage relations with account teams, carriers, and vendors to improve customer retention. Work with the Implementation Specialist to learn quality assurance basics and assist with development.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's, or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Experience working with database applications
- 1-5 years of related experience
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with customers at all levels
- Attention to detail required and the ability to adhere to high standards for customer-facing work product
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
