ADP Workforce Now Implementation Consultant (1099 Contract)

Job Summary
Lead the configuration, implementation, and launch of ADP Workforce Now Talent Management modules, including Performance Management, LMS, Succession Planning, and Career Development. Conduct discovery sessions to review existing documentation and workflows, then develop performance review templates, competency models, and approval processes. Configure learning paths and development plans while translating business requirements into scalable ADP solutions. Perform system testing, validation, and administrator training prior to final production deployment. Provide recommendations based on ADP best practices and offer optional post-launch support. This 8–12 week, 1099 contract engagement requires 15–25 hours weekly and is focused solely on this implementation project.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience implementing and configuring ADP Workforce Now
- Demonstrated expertise with Performance Management, Learning Management, Succession Planning, and Career Development modules
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee development, talent management, and organizational design
- Experience translating business requirements into ADP Workforce Now configurations
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder facilitation skills
- Ability to independently manage project deliverables while collaborating with designated Tellworks stakeholders throughout the engagement
- Experience working with growing, multi-site organizations
