ADP Implementation Consultant

Lead the ADP Workforce Now implementation project across multiple employer entities, serving as the primary subject matter expert for hourly, salary, union, and tipped employees. Develop and manage the overall project plan, timeline, and deliverables while coordinating activities between HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Finance, and IT teams. Configure and optimize ADP modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Expenses. Execute the data migration strategy from Paycom to ADP, validate employee and payroll data integrity, and conduct system integration, parallel payroll, and user acceptance testing. Create administrator and end-user training materials, facilitate change management efforts, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations prior to go-live.
