Job Summary
Oversee adoption recruitment and retention activities; monitor compliance with adoption performance measures; review home study and subsidy packets for compliance; coordinate staffing and staff trainings; provide technical assistance on federal/state laws and rules; manage the Adoption Exchange System and related procedures; develop and implement System of Care procedures; participate in quality management and reporting efforts; ensure confidentiality and professional conduct; requires Bachelor’s degree and four years in child welfare; valid driver’s license and background checks required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university; and a minimum of four (4) years of related experience in a child welfare related field.
- Official transcripts are a mandatory requirement
- Child welfare certification is preferred
- Valid driver’s license required, with proof of insurance
- Criminal background screening (fingerprinting) required
- E-Verify participation
- Must pass Level II Background Check
