Job Summary
Deliver high-quality adoption social work services in line with legislation and best practice. Provide tailored post-adoption support to families. Manage access to records and non-agency adoption processes. Collaborate with the Permanence Team and other professionals to ensure positive outcomes. Maintain accurate case records and reports to professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
- Previous experience in adoption social work
