Job Summary
Adoption Project Manager responsible for owning the integrated project plan across Higharc and customer workflows, coordinating across program workstreams (plan/configuration, estimating/purchasing, sales readiness, integrations, training, and launch), maintaining a clear view of project health, escalating risks, ensuring launch readiness, and driving adoption-standard improvements through templates and reusable artifacts. Requires 5+ years in customer-facing project management or related SaaS delivery roles, strong collaboration with stakeholders, and proficiency with tools like ClickUp, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, and Notion. Willingness to travel up to 30%; remote-first with US-based employment implies remote work within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, implementation management, technical program management, professional services, SaaS delivery, or complex business transformation programs.
- Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs across cross-functional teams
- Strong project controls discipline: project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, dependency tracking, critical path management, and status reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools: ClickUp (preferred), Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com http://Monday.com, Jira, Notion, or equivalent
- Willingness to travel to client sites and company events up to 30% of the time
