Job Summary
Coordinate trauma-informed adoption support and services to meet clients' adoption goals, including face-to-face or virtual contact; develop and coordinate post-adoption events, peer support, groups, and coaching/case management for post-adoption clients; supervise and mentor students/interns; provide training in cultural competence, diversity, equity & inclusion, and therapeutic/intervention techniques; collaborate with Adoption Psychoeducation Coordinator and Exchange/Search/Reunion Coordinator to develop materials and coordinate overlapping services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Counseling or other Human Behavior Science
- Must be a licensed driver with access to a reliable automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements
