Job Summary
Bedford Post Acute seeks a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing and supervise clinical teams. The ideal candidate will have a valid PA nursing license, CPR certification, and relevant managerial experience.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to maintain all required continuing education/licensing
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent charting and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with PCC preferred
- Unit Manager/ ADON experience
