Oversee daily nursing operations, support staff education and mentoring, and ensure regulatory compliance, quality metrics, and best practices in rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to promote compassionate, person-focused care and continuous improvement to help residents reach their highest level of independence. This role supports clinical leadership within Carnegie Post Acute Skilled Nursing at Princeton's resident-centered community.
