Job Summary
Uphold exceptional care standards and ensure regulatory compliance across the nursing team while addressing individualized resident needs and developing personalized care plans. Oversee accurate medical record documentation, lead staff training on clinical advancements, and participate in interviewing and onboarding new nursing personnel. Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing on daily operations and maintain flexible scheduling to meet changing facility demands. Requires a New York State RN license with at least two years of long-term care experience and proven supervisory leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- New York State RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care settings
- Proven ability to train, lead, and manage clinical staff effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with prior supervisory experience
