Job Summary
Provide individual and group therapy to adolescents and their families, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop and implement person-centered treatment plans, offer crisis counseling and therapeutic interventions, maintain accurate EHR documentation, collaborate with utilization review for insurance authorization, and participate in staff trainings. Requires AMFT/ACSW/APCC licensure with active BBS registration and a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Work is in-person at our residential facility in Bonsall, CA; full-time exempt schedule with on-call duties, EMR proficiency, HIPAA compliance, and strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred experience with EMDR and adolescent clinical settings.
