Job Summary
Oversees day-to-day care of the youth, operation of the facility, supervision of the Direct Care Counselors, and assists with household budget. Provides 24-hour on-call coverage to all congregate care locations in rotation with other supervisors. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, recruitment and retention of staff, and ensuring a safe, trauma-informed milieu. Ensures compliance with licensing standards, medication administration to youth, and maintains required certifications. Demonstrates program development, positive behavioral strategies, and collaboration with program managers to promote goal attainment and culturally competent care.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in required
- 2 years of progressively responsible related work experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
