Job Summary
Assist with inquiry and intake processes, including client admission consents, insurance verification, and concurrent reviews. Provide clerical support by completing medical records, filing documents, tracking forms, and managing supply inventory. Monitor clients during PHP time, perform group sessions during IOP time, and coordinate snacks. Take client vital signs, ensure census reports are completed, and participate in treatment team meetings. Assist the NP with intakes and follow-ups while maintaining compliance with all regulations. Work onsite in Collierville, TN, Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p. An LPN license is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- LPN license
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in providing care to adolescents
- Experience performing administrative or clerical duties
- Experience working with computers and electronic medical records
- Knowledge of community resources for adolescents
- CPR/BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, English major preferred
