Job Summary
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to build and maintain enterprise-grade digital experiences on AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM as a Cloud Service. Responsibilities include designing and developing AEM components, templates, and content fragments; building OSGi services, Sling models, servlets, and Java backend logic; implementing front-end experiences with HTL and JavaScript; enabling headless and hybrid delivery via GraphQL APIs and edge delivery; migrating/building on AEM as a Cloud Service with cloud-native CI/CD; developing DAM workflows; integrating with Adobe Experience Cloud and external systems; implementing personalization and A/B testing; optimizing performance and Dispatcher configuration; building CI/CD pipelines; participating in code reviews and documenting decisions; troubleshooting production issues across author/publish/Dispatcher; collaborating with content authors, designers, and product owners; staying current with AEM releases and Adobe ecosystem developments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Five or more years of AEM development experience
- Deep expertise in Java, OSGi, Sling, and HTL
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture including author, publish, and Dispatcher tiers
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service or AEM 6.5
- Experience building Content Fragments, GraphQL APIs, and headless delivery patterns
- Strong front-end skills with modern JavaScript and build tools
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments
- Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
