Job Summary
ADMS Solution Specialist/Consultant responsible for supporting and coordinating operation of the Advanced Distribution Management System (SCADA, Outage Management, Electronic Mapping, Switching), providing engineering support across maintenance, operations, design and modifications for safe, reliable distribution-grid operation; includes real-time support, system analysis, application configuration, and collaboration with IT, engineering, and vendors. Responsibilities cover SCADA modeling, HMI screen creation, technical documentation, on-call/storm duty, ADMS enhancements, State Estimation, Power Flow, FLISR, switching, outage management, and cybersecurity coordination; requires engagement with vendors and internal teams to ensure requirements are incorporated and training plans developed. On-call responsibilities and the ability to support distribution automation engineering, VVO efforts, and permit/standards development are included.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- One or more years of directly related experience preferred
- Recent graduates will be considered
