Job Summary
Admitting Supervisor oversees staff training and supervision within the admissions department, ensures efficient and accurate patient admissions, develops and implements training materials, reviews QA to maintain 95%+ accuracy, assists leadership with policies and procedures, and works in an 80% sitting office environment with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs; role is Full Time with evening shift (4:00 PM–12:30 AM) in Fayetteville, AR.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hospital admitting setting
- Minimum 1 year supervisory/management/leadership experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology, CPT, and ICD10 (preferred)
