Admissions Team Member (Ages 15+)

Job Summary
Greet guests at park entry, scan and validate tickets, and manage parking passes at the Toll Plaza. Direct traffic into the parking lot, assist with Lost Parents locations, and handle Lost and Found items. Rent out strollers and wheelchairs, maintain animal kennels, and ensure work areas are clean and organized. Follow Guest-First service standards and perform additional duties as needed to support park operations. This seasonal role requires working weekends through end of October, with an additional $2/hr incentive for shifts after 4pm during Fright Fest. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 15
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with guests throughout the day
- Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- For Lost & Found/Rentals: ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong teamwork skills and reliable attendance
- Open to applicants 16 years and older
- Must be able to undergo background check and/or drug screening
- Must agree to written authorization for background check
- Must agree to drug screening as a condition of employment
