Job Summary
Support graduate and undergraduate admissions systems through submitted tickets, meetings, and triage of technical equipment across three campus locations. Perform basic troubleshooting, statistical analysis, reporting, and maintenance using CRM and database functionality. Manage system data, including duplicate record mitigation, query building for mailing lists, and system integrity maintenance. Create and maintain events, forms, and mass email campaigns using HTML, CSS, and Liquid Markup. Direct end user training, document data models and configurations, and occasionally assist with PC, Mac, and networking troubleshooting. Operate on a hybrid schedule with in-person days for meetings followed by remote work.
Required Qualifications
- college or university degree in related field
- knowledge and skills developed through < 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Understanding of CRM systems, data, databases, and good data practice
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS code
- Proficient in Technolutions Slate Admissions System
