Schedule physician visits according to the facility guide, promptly answer telephone calls, and route calls appropriately. Facilitate patient flow, communicate delays with patients and clinical staff, and screen solicitors for relevance to practice needs. Maintain reception and office areas, ensuring safety, security, and restricted area protocols are followed.
