Job Summary
Admissions Sales Director in Cincinnati, OH leading professional healthcare sales development for a long-term care facility. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining referral relationships, converting referrals to meet census goals, community marketing, managing pre-admission and admission procedures, coordinating with Central Intake for referrals, conducting tours and follow-ups, and developing a strategic sales plan. Requires experience in healthcare marketing/admissions, knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/private insurance, strong computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Previous experience as marketing / admissions in health care required
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable transportation a must
- Able to work independently with a pleasant personality
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspect of the job
