Job Summary
Admissions Representative at Sullivan University responsible for locating, informing, and enrolling prospective students to meet enrollment objectives. Responsibilities include following up on referrals, handling inquiries, managing online chat to recruit students, conducting interviews and campus tours to assess fit, ensuring proper enrollment documentation and orientation scheduling, meeting enrollment goals, maintaining compliance with Admissions Code of Conduct and relevant regulations, and maintaining accurate records in lead management systems. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work a schedule that includes evenings/weekends, and an associate degree (preferred).
